Today, we’re a leading force in Australia’s premium coffee scene - driven by innovation, sustainability, and a relentless pursuit of quality.The opportunityWe’re looking for a Delivery Driver to join our warehouse team in Alexandria, delivering fresh coffee and supplies to our customers across Sydney. This isn’t just a driving job - you’ll be the face of Toby’s on the ground, bringing our products and values directly to our community of cafés and hospitality venues.You’ll be responsible for ensuring timely, accurate deliveries using our logistics tools (like Optimo Route), providing friendly service, and keeping our customers stocked with the products they love.What You'll DoDeliver customer orders safely, efficiently, and professionally using company vehiclesRepresent the Toby’s Estate brand with a clean, professional appearance and great attitudeBuild strong relationships with our café customersMaintain delivery records (proof of delivery, stock returns, etc.)Assist in general warehouse operations as needed (packing, dispatch, stock movement)Ensure the delivery vehicle is kept clean and report any maintenance issues promptlyAdhere to road rules, safety standards, and company procedures at all timesWhat You’ll BringA valid driver’s licence and clean driving recordA proactive, reliable work ethic and strong time managementConfidence working independently and in a fast-paced environmentFriendly, professional communication skillsPrevious delivery or warehouse experience (preferred but not essential)Physical capability to safely lift and move product using trolleysThe detailsLocation: Alexandria, SydneyHours: Perm, Monday to FridayStart: Each shift starts from our warehouse in AlexandriaTeam: You’ll work closely with our warehouse, sales, and customer service teamsSound like your kind of delivery?If you’re ready to combine your love of coffee, great service, and being on the move - apply now and help us deliver the Toby’s Estate experience to our customers, one cup at a time.
