Earn an extra 10% above award with the Retention PaymentCasual positionThe OpportunityWe're thrilled to announce that VillageOSHC, part of The Extend Group, has partnered with Endeavour Primary School in Port Kennedy to play, teach, and take care of children in a safe learning environment in Outside School Hours Care. The successful applicant would also need to be flexible to travel to nearby schools in the region.The RoleWork 3-4 shifts per week across Before School Care and After School Care programsBe a part of our Vacation Care program, with up to 6-hour shifts available during school holidaysMonday to Thursday (Mandatory availability of 4 days per week)Assist in delivering daily quality activities for children that are safe, fun, stimulating, and carry educational valueSupervise and support childrenPrepare and serve healthy food optionsCreate an engaging and happy environment for childrenBuild meaningful relationships with your colleagues, the children, families, school leaders, and the school communityAbout YouEngaging and warm personalityStrong focus on child safety and appreciation for mandatory reportingExcellent communication and people skillsYou hold Certificate III or higher in Children's Services, Early Childhood, School Aged care (or studying towards) or equivalent.(Desired but not mandatory).
