Then we're looking for you.Role DescriptionWe are looking for a Delivery Lead with an interest in technology, to join our Delivery team. This position is based in Shanghai and is part of the Product & Engineering department. As a Delivery Lead, you will be the liaison between the engineering leads and the client teams. You are well organized, are able to manage deadlines, and are capable of connecting and communicating with a large variety of people/senior stakeholders. You will enable our great solutions to be delivered to Fortune 500 companies around the world, such as Coca-Cola, Heineken, and many more.Main ResponsibilitiesYou will prepare key project documentation including client reports, project status reports, presentations, and agendas.You will keep track of potential roadblocks and ensure they are resolved before they prevent us from delivering to our great clients.You keep track of all the critical delivery deadlines and facilitate communication both internally and externally.You will ensure that client requests are researched by the right people and that potential solutions are communicated to the client teams.You will coordinate internal and external project meetings and related documentation (e.g., meeting minutes, and agendas).You will ensure that all the (technical) requirements are clearly defined and clarified to our engineering teams.You will coordinate with Solution Architects and Sales Engineering teams to help our customers define solid requirements and create/manage project plans.Job requirementsYour backgroundBachelor's/Master's Degree2+ years of relevant project management experience, IT project management a plusExcellent skills in managing deliverables and timelinesExperience working in an external, client-facing roleExperience with project management tools such as Asana or JIRAFamiliarity or basic experience with data analysis.
