该职位来源于猎聘 【岗位职责】 1.负责起草技术管理制度并组织实施; 2.负责起草、完善工艺规程、图纸、操作手册、技术方案； 3.负责本专业人员的技术培训工作； 4.负责检修期间分管岗位的对口工作； 5.安全工作职责； 6.参与巡检相关工作，了解工艺技术。 【任职资格】 1.本科及以上学历，化学工程与技术、化学工程及工艺、应用化学等化工相关专业，有健康履职的身体条件； 2.遵章守纪、诚实守信、虚心好学、积极进取，有较强的工作责任心和学习能力，有一定的观察与分析判断能力、理解与解决问题能力。
