Job Description

What success looks like in this role:•Manages the efforts of assigned Delivery Management associates / team members.• Ensures team members follow established procedures and deliver exceptional client service across all aspects of delivery management, including:Developing and updating / adapting delivery related project plans, timelines and schedules,Coordinating day-to-day project tasks.Monitoring project progress and updating status reports.Participating in client meetings, helping manage expectations and helping address emerging questions / issues.Working with internal product, technical and other teams to ensure issues are addressed and resolved in a timely and accurate fashion.Providing accurate client status reports.Representing clients to internal teams and service organizations.Engages with clients to exchange information, gather requirements and expectations and ensure high levels of satisfaction.Serves as a key point of contact for process related questions or issues.Monitors team performance and outcomes, addressing and resolving competency and related issues.Works with any 3rd Party providers and sub-contractors to ensure the implementation of deliverables.You will be successful in this role if you have:BA/BS degree and 4-6 years’ relevant leadership experience OR equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.Target Onboarding Date: Jan 2026
