This is a multi-skilled role as it requires the Residences Manager to perform other additional tasks that may be assigned.QualificationsPreferably a college degree holder with hospitality experiencePreferably with at least solid experience in a junior management or Residences / Duty Manager role in an international hotel chainPreferably fluent in oral and written EnglishPreferably with strong knowledge in OPERA systemGuest focused, vibrant and energeticHas the passion to deliver excellent serviceLoves to lead, coach and mentors his/her team
