Demand Planner (Manufacturing/MNC)

Job Responsibilities: Customer Account ManagementAct as the primary contact for assigned customer accounts regarding planning, delivery, and supply issues.Handle customer inquiries professionally to ensure timely resolution and high satisfaction.Provide regular and ad-hoc updates on production schedules, delivery timelines, and order status.Planning & Supply Chain CoordinationMonitor production schedules to ensure alignment with customer delivery requirements.Analyze supply chain performance metrics and support root cause analysis for missed targets.Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance planning accuracy and overall supply chain performance.Job Requirements:Degree in Supply Chain Management.Minimum 2 years of relevant experience is a plus.Proficient in Microsoft Excel; SAP/MRP knowledge is a plus.Independent, proactive, and able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.Team player with the ability to complete tasks efficiently.Other Information:5 days work week (Wed-Fri in office, Sat-Sun WFH) Shift 1: 7am to 3pmShift 2 : 3pm to 11pmWe regret that shortlisted candidates will be notified.
