Etch Process Engineer/ Senior Engineer

You will be responsible to manage the integration of all modules' processes and the respective derivatives.What you will be working on:Responsible for new Process Development and/or Process TransferProcess optimization for Yield and Productivity improvementTroubleshoot and resolve Process related issuesSustain and/or improve Process Capability, CpKQualify and release tools for required MFG capacityQualify alternate sources for Cost improvementPlan and execute Engineering ProjectsContinuous improvement through participation in 10k idea, LSS & BKM to create cost effective and robust processes with quality.Setup, monitor and maintain SPC chartsAdhere and complete necessary documentationMore about you:Bachelor Degree in Engineering or equivalent1-3 years relevant experience in Semiconductor manufacturing environmentBasic engineering knowledge, which may include semiconductor devices theory, electronics, digital principle and wafer fabrication processesGood communication and presentation skillsProficient in Microsoft business applicationsGood problem solving skillsTeam PlayerStrong sense of responsibilityPositive learning attitudeAble to take pressure under time-constrained situationsDetail-orientedSSMC is firmly committed to upholding equal employment opportunities for all individuals.
