ResponsibilitiesProvide senior leadership across Fund Services operations, ensuring strong governance, service quality, and compliance.Serve as the senior escalation authority for critical client and operational issues, ensuring swift, effective, and professional resolution.Oversee all operational processes, systems, and SLAs, maintaining rigorous standards of service delivery and governance.Shape and execute service strategies that align with organisational objectives and deliver measurable client value.Build and maintain senior-level client relationships, anticipating needs and providing tailored, high-impact solutions.Drive team performance by coaching, mentoring, and holding managers accountable for results.Manage resource planning, budgeting, and workforce deployment to optimise operational efficiency and cost-effectiveness.Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, internal policies, and industry best practices.Establish and maintain SOPs, documentation standards, and operational guidelines across multiple markets.Identify operational risks, recommend mitigation strategies, and lead initiatives to enhance service quality and efficiency.Collaborate decisively with Sales, Product, Marketing, and other business units to ensure seamless operational execution.Monitor performance metrics, enforce accountability, and continuously improve operational processes.Lead implementation and optimisation of operational systems to maximise team effectiveness and reliability.Plan and direct workforce scheduling, shifts, and capacity to meet current and future business needs.What You Bring8–10 years of proven experience in fund administration, ideally in a shared services or multi-market environment.Comprehensive knowledge of SFC-authorized funds and the Fund Manager Code of Conduct.Strong executive leadership experience, with a track record of managing large operational teams and managers.Exceptional decision-making and problem-solving capabilities under complex or high-pressure situations.Outstanding communication and stakeholder management skills across all levels and cultures.Expertise in audit, quality assurance, and training initiatives.Demonstrated ability to drive operational transformation, optimize processes, and implement best practices.Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate insights into decisive actions and measurable outcomes.
