We are looking for a versatile and driven Deputy Manager – Marketing to lead strategic marketing initiatives across both Branch and Cards portfolios. This role requires a dynamic individual with strong leadership, creative execution, and stakeholder management skills to deliver impactful brand experiences and campaigns.Key Responsibilities:Branch Marketing & BrandingLead branding for new, relocated, and refurbished branches, ensuring consistent brand visibility and compliance.Manage branch-level events, approvals, vendor coordination, and related budgets and tax obligations.Oversee signage, digital screens, and ATM branding refresh cycles, ensuring timely maintenance and vendor performance.Administer marketing, maintenance, and CAPEX budgets with accurate financial reconciliation and payment processing.Collaborate with brand managers to execute campaign-specific branding and support ad hoc branding needs.Cards Marketing & CampaignsLead Grade C & D marketing campaigns aligned with strategic goals and brand identity.Drive ATL & BTL advertising, PR, and media coordination to enhance brand recognition and customer loyalty.Liaise with agencies, suppliers, and strategic partners to execute campaigns and maintain brand presence.Manage web content, sponsorships, and events to ensure engaging and relevant customer experiences.Ensure compliance with Cards Marketing Policy, manage SLAs, and oversee timely delivery of communication materials.Monitor competitor activity and share insights from regional Amex/GNS markets to inform strategy.Leadership & CollaborationFoster a culture of innovation and excellence within the marketing team.Set clear goals, support team development, and build strong relationships with internal stakeholders, vendors, and branch leadership.Special SkillsStrong project management and multitasking abilities.Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.Creative thinking with a keen eye for brand consistency.Budget management and financial reconciliation expertise.Ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive results under pressure.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.Minimum 5 years of experience in Marketing/Brand Management.Proven experience in managing branding projects and vendor coordination.Familiarity with brand compliance, signage, and customer experience standards.
