Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join as part of our Customer Experience and Business Support team. This role requires a strong commitment to customer satisfaction, operational efficiency, and administrative excellence. The position involves working closely with both internal teams and external clients to ensure smooth business operations and an exceptional customer experience.ResponsibilitiesCustomer Support and Communication Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally through email, chat, and other communication channels Provide accurate information about company products and services Manage customer expectations by maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude at all times Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and resolve any outstanding issues Maintain and update customer records accurately in the CRM systemBusiness Operations Support Assist in daily operational activities, ensuring all business processes are running efficiently Support the sales and delivery teams by coordinating communication and documentation Prepare reports, meeting notes, and other administrative documents as required Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and assist with general business coordinationProcess Improvement and Collaboration Identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute to the development of internal best practices Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve workflows and enhance customer satisfaction Participate in internal meetings to provide feedback and updates on customer interactions and operational support tasksTo be successful in this role, you will have: Required Skills and Experience Previous experience in customer service, business support, or administrative roles Strong communication skills, both written and verbal Excellent organisational and time management skills High attention to detail and accuracy Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM systems Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to workPersonal Attributes Customer-focused and committed to providing high-quality service Reliable, responsible, and able to manage multiple priorities effectively Collaborative team player with a positive attitude Adaptable and willing to learn new systems and processesPerformance Indicators Customer satisfaction and feedback scores Accuracy and timeliness of administrative support Efficiency of communication and coordination across teams Contribution to process improvement initiativesBy applying for this role, your contact details will be securely stored in our candidate database.
