A Reputed Renowned Garments Industry is looking for Deputy Manager-HR OperationsJob Description / ResponsibilityMonitor and follow up procedures of disciplinary actions across the group, ensuring timely resolution and documentation. Coordinate and maintain effective communication with relevant government authorities, including the Department of Labor, DIFE, Labor Court, BGMEA, BKMEA and other institutions aligned with organizational interests.Served as the enquiry officer for departmental enquiry, including drafting enquiry proceedings and compiling the final enquiry report.Manage and monitor all labor court proceedings, ensuring accurate documentation and effective coordination with advocate. Maintain proactive communication with trade union/PC committee members to foster a collaborative work environmentLiaise with external labor representatives to manage workforce relations and resolve disputesPrepare HR operational reports in response to management requests, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of relevant workforce data and insights.Educational RequirementsMaster of Business Administration (MBA)Master of Arts (MA)Master of Law (LLM)PGD In HRMSkills Required: Disciplinary Action, Bangladesh Labor Law, Negotiations SkillExperience RequirementsAt least 5 year(s)The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):GarmentsAdditional RequirementsExpert in drafting legal documents concerning employee disciplinary actions.Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.Fluent in English and Bangla for effective communication with internal and external stakeholders.Sound knowledge on BLA 2006 & BLR 2015 & MS office packages specially MS word (Bangla) & Excel.Ability to work under pressure.Job LocationDhaka (GULSHAN 1)
