Job Title: HR ManagerLocation: Sylhet, BangladeshEmployment Type: Full-TimeJob Summary:The HR Manager will be responsible for managing all aspects of human resources and administrative operations to ensure smooth day-to-day activities of the consultancy. The role involves overseeing recruitment, staff performance, and workplace culture while handling administrative and operational tasks such as office coordination, logistics, and compliance. The ideal candidate will contribute to building a positive, productive, and professional work environment that supports the company’s mission to guide students toward their educational goals abroad.Key Responsibilities:Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.Manage recruitment, onboarding, and performance evaluations.Handle employee attendance, leave, and payroll coordination.Maintain employee relations and ensure compliance with labor laws.Plan training sessions and foster a positive work environment.Oversee daily office operations and logistics.Manage office supplies, procurement, and vendor coordination.Organize meetings, company events, and travel arrangements.Maintain documentation, records, and administrative reports.Support management with planning and operational needs.Qualifications & Skills:Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred).Minimum 3 years of experience in HR and administrative roles, preferably in an education or consultancy environment.Strong knowledge of HR practices, local labor laws, and office management.Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.Proficient in MS Office and HR software tools.Ability to multitask, prioritize, and maintain confidentiality.
