Reputed Knit Garments Group of Company is looking for Officer - Compliance (Garments, Factory, Ashulia)Job Description / ResponsibilityTo ensure & implement factory compliance requirements as per buyer COC & legal standards WorkTo ensure good health and a safe environment in the workplace in all aspects of compliance including OSH, Chemical, fire, and electrical.To take the necessary initiative to remedy all non-compliance findings consecutively.To maintain a relationship with workers between management to avoid any grievances To prepare & update all compliance-related documents/registers as per buyer`s requirement.To prepare a Corrective Action Plan (CAP) against audit reports. Should know to face audits like WRAP, BSCI, SEDEX, and C-TPAT for different kinds of buyers.To monitor daily worker safety issues about health & safety, Fire safety, Accident & route case analysis.To arrange training such as Orientation, Health & Safety, Fire Training, First Aid, MSDS, Security Awareness training, etc. effectively.To assist in updating all necessary licenses/certificates/permits.To arrange all kinds of meetings (Compliance Issues), make up to date the registers.To assist in ensuring a comfortable environment at the workplace.Job Location: Bangabandhu Road, Tongabari, Ashulia.Educational RequirementsBachelor/HonorsMastersSkills Required: Labor Law, Garments Compliance, Better WorkExperience Requirements3 to 4 year(s)The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):Garments,Textile,Group of CompaniesJob LocationDhaka (Ashulia)SalaryTk. 24000 - 25000 (Monthly)
