Job Summary The Deputy HR Manager supports the HR Manager in developing and implementing HR strategies, policies, and procedures, ensuring compliance with labor laws, fostering a positive work environment, and optimizing organizational performance through effective human capital management.Key Accountabilities:Lead HR operations in the absence of the HR Manager.Implement HR policies, programs, and initiatives aligned with organizational goals.Support management in workforce planning, recruitment, and employee development.Promote a positive work culture and resolve employee relations issues.Detailed Responsibilities:HR Strategy & Policy ImplementationAssist in developing HR policies and procedures.Ensure HR processes align with business objectives and legal requirements.Monitor policy effectiveness and recommend improvements.Recruitment & OnboardingAssist in recruitment planning, job postings, shortlisting, interviews, and selection.Coordinate onboarding processes to ensure smooth integration of new hires.Maintain employee records and HR databases accurately.Performance ManagementSupport the design and implementation of performance appraisal systems.Track employee performance, provide feedback, and recommend training or corrective actions.Coordinate promotions, transfers, and succession planning.Employee Relations & EngagementHandle workplace grievances, disputes, and disciplinary actions.Promote employee engagement initiatives and activities.Foster a positive, collaborative, and professional work environment.Training & DevelopmentAssist in identifying training needs and development programs.Coordinate internal and external training sessions.Compliance & ReportingEnsure compliance with UAE labor laws and company policies.Prepare HR reports, KPIs, and analytics for management review.Maintain confidentiality of sensitive employee information.Qualifications & Competencies:Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.Minimum 5 years of progressive HR experience, preferably in hospitality or large organizations.Strong knowledge of UAE labor laws and HR best practices.Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.Strong problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making abilities.Proficient in HRIS, MS Office, and reporting tools.Working Conditions:Full-time, on-site role.Occasional evening or weekend work during peak periods.Office-based with some site visits across the resort.
