Senior Recruiter – Headhunting & Executive Search (Mid–Senior Level Roles)We’re hiring a Senior Recruiter with a pure headhunting mindset — someone who knows how to build markets, map talent, and close complex searches.You’ll join our Group Talent Acquisition team, partnering directly with senior leadership to deliver on strategic, mid-to-senior level appointments hiiring world-class talent from around the world.This role is fast-paced, global in reach, and best suited to a recruiter who thrives on research-driven, outbound search and direct candidate engagement — not inbound volume.What You’ll DoLead full-cycle headhunting and executive search assignments across multiple domains.Build target lists, market maps, and talent pipelines for priority roles.Identify, approach, and engage passive candidates through advanced sourcing techniques.Partner with business and HR leaders to define hiring strategy and deliver world-class talent experiences.Advise on market trends, compensation benchmarks, and competitor intelligence.What We’re Looking For8–15 years of experience in executive search or corporate talent acquisition with a strong outbound / headhunting focus.Exposure to Corporate Functions, Technology, or Professional Services hiring.Strong research, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.Experience in a group-level, high-growth, or global organization preferred.Confident, credible, and comfortable delivering at pace.International applications are welcomed.
