Built on customer-centric values, we endeavour to provide a professional, 24/7 multi-language customer support to help in a timely manner.As of today, Bybit is one of the most trusted, reliable, and transparent cryptocurrency derivatives platforms in the space.Responsibilities:Source and identify potential candidates through online channels (e.g., job boards, social media, and professional networks)Screen resumes and applications to shortlist candidates according to role requirementsConduct initial phone screenings to assess candidates' language proficiency, experience, and cultural fitCoordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and other team membersMaintain and update candidate databases and track pipeline progressSupport the Talent Acquisition team in various recruitment initiatives and employer branding activitiesAssist in creating job postings and promoting them on various platformsRequirements:Proficiency in both Mandarin and English (written and spoken);Strong interpersonal and communication skillsAbility to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectivelyFamiliarity with sourcing tools, recruitment platforms.Has minimum 7 years experience in end-to-end recruitment and managing teams.We prefer candidates who are available to join immediately
