As a Regulatory Reporting Officer, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Regulatory Reporting team in ensuring our organisation meets all regulatory reporting obligations across a range of jurisdictions. You will utlise your regulatory reporting experience to prepare and submit reports, interpret evolving regulations, and use AI-powered tools to enhance accuracy and efficiency. Assist with the preparation, validation and submission of regulatory reports for various regulators including CRS, FATCA, MiFIR, and EMIR Monitor multi-jurisdictional regulatory changes and assess their impact on reporting requirements, updating internal policies and procedures as needed Help develop and refine reporting procedures that ensure accuracy, completeness and timely submission of all regulatory filings Collaborate with multiple departments to collect, validate and reconcile regulatory data Gain hands-on experience with AI and automation tools designed to streamline reporting tasks, from automating data validation to improving overall workflow efficiency Use AI to track regulatory changes, generate insights, integrate data, and support stakeholders Conduct quality assurance reviews of all regulatory submissions, ensuring audit readiness and regulatory compliance Provide guidance to stakeholders on regulatory reporting requirements and best practices Interact with regulators and external auditors during reviews and examinations, gaining valuable exposure to the regulatory landscape and developing your professional network You will enjoy working with us if you:

Have at least 5 years of hands-on experience in regulatory reporting or a similar role within financial services Have knowledge of the Cayman Islands financial regulatory reporting requirements and be keen to expand your expertise to other jurisdictions Have experience with regulatory reporting systems and online submission portals.

Are proficient with Microsoft Excel Possess strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a proven track record in managing large and/or complex data sets Demonstrate excellent project management skills and the ability to manage multiple deadlines and priorities Experience with PowerBI or similar data analytics tools is a plus Have experience or enthusiasm for embracing AI and automation technologies in regulatory reporting and compliance, and be willing to aid in the development of innovative solutions Thrive in dynamic team environments by actively collaborating with colleagues and drawing on the expertise of senior team members, while also demonstrating initiative and independence in task management Maintain professional scepticism, high ethical standards, and a commitment to confidentiality and compliance Benefits:
