Job Description: We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Contract Engineer to join our team in Lahore, supporting ongoing and upcoming oil & gas EPC projects. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in contract drafting, negotiation, administration, and compliance monitoring within the EPC sector. Key Responsibilities:
Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, subcontracts, and service agreements in line with company policies and project requirementsSupport tendering and bidding processes, including preparation of commercial documentationCoordinate with project, procurement, and legal teams to ensure contractual obligations are metTrack contract performance, identify deviations, and recommend corrective actionsEnsure compliance with client (including ADNOC/OGDCL) and regulatory contract standardsMaintain proper documentation, contract logs, and correspondence recordsRequirements: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Law, or relevant fieldMinimum 3 years of experience in contract management within EPC oil & gas projectsExcellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills
