With five flagship showrooms located in Chicago and Los Angeles, Luca Lanzetta Group showcases products from renowned brands like Rimadesio, Antoniolupi, and Ernestomeda.Role DescriptionIn the Rimadesio & Antoniolupi West Hollywood showroom, the Design Sales Associate serves as the primary client liaison, guiding customers through the full design and sales process from initial consultation to project completion. This role combines creative design development with consultative sales, producing 2D/3D drawings and presentations to communicate design concepts that meet client needs and budgets. The Design Sales Associate manages vendor relationships and product sourcing and ensures accurate project documentation and ordering.Job Responsibilities Client Relations & SalesServe as primary client interface throughout all project phasesIdentify and develop business opportunities from showroom leads through consultative sellingDevelop design concepts that meet client needs, expectations, and budgetPresent design solutions that effectively communicate value and drive decision-makingBuild and maintain strong client relationships to generate repeat business and referralsProvide regular updates to clients throughout the project process, promptly communicating any delaysDesign Development & PresentationProduce detailed 2D and 3D architectural drawings and renderingsPrepare comprehensive design presentations for client meetingsPresent design drawings to clients, discussing design details, finish selections, and providing expert guidance on all questionsEnsure design solutions align with project timelines and construction considerationsVendor & Product ManagementStay current with all vendor products and maintain expert knowledge of technical product informationEnsure accurate document and order submission to vendorsCommunicate with vendors regarding any project needsUtilize vendor-specific software platforms (e.g., PiGreco) for project executionProject ManagementCoordinate and communicate design and architectural plans with contractors, installers, and various consultantsManage project schedule milestones within defined scope, timeline, and budget parametersMaintain and organize detailed records of project requirements, specifications, budgets, client information, and all communicationsConduct site visits to gather measurements and specifications during various construction phasesCoordinate installation and delivery schedules with logistics teams, general contractors, and clients Required QualificationsBachelor's degree in Architecture, Interior Architecture, Product Design, or related fieldStrong proficiency in AutoCAD & SketchUpExcellent time management skills with proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneouslyOutstanding presentation and communication skillsStrong attention to detail and organizationAbility to read and interpret architectural drawings and specificationsCompensationBase Salary: $75,000-$85,000Full compensation package to be determined by candidate's experience.
