The company supports various industries by providing solutions that improve both quality of life and operational efficiency.Job SummaryWe are looking to hire a Design & Specification Consultant whose main role is to build strong relationships with interior designers, architects, consultants, and design firms, and guide them toward choosing our flooring solutions during the design and specification phase.This position will act as a trusted advisor—not just selling products, but providing design support, technical guidance, and value-added service that helps our partners deliver better projects.Key ResponsibilitiesPromote and specify our flooring products to designers, architects, and consultants.Present our solutions in a way that highlights aesthetics, technical performance, sustainability, and value.Provide design support by helping choose colors, textures, combinations, and layouts that match each project’s theme.Attend meetings with design teams to recommend floor finishes, propose alternatives, and answer technical questions.Build and maintain strong relationships that ensure we become the first-choice flooring partner during the design stage.Train and educate partners on our product range through presentations, workshops, and sample demonstrations.Follow up on ongoing projects to ensure the specifications remain consistent until tender.Provide feedback to the internal team about market trends, design preferences, and client needs.Candidate ProfileBackground in interior design or architecture.Strong communication and presentation skills.Good eye for aesthetics and ability to advise on color matching and design harmony.Comfortable in client-facing roles.
