Interior Designer

Job DescriptionRayman Consulting is seeking a talented and detail-oriented Interior Designer to join one of our clients—a dynamic and innovative creative studio known for delivering inspiring, functional, and visually compelling spaces.The ideal candidate is a design thinker with strong conceptual and technical skills, capable of bringing creative ideas to life—from initial planning to final execution. You will collaborate closely with clients, architects, vendors, and internal teams to develop design concepts, prepare drawings, and ensure successful project delivery.Key Responsibilities:Develop design concepts, mood boards, and presentations aligned with client objectives and brand identity.Create detailed drawings, floor plans, 3D models, and material specifications.Select furniture, finishes, lighting, and décor that meet design and budget requirements.Manage project timelines, budgets, and documentation throughout all phases.Conduct site visits, measure spaces, and oversee installation and styling.Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and external partners to ensure design intent is executed.Stay current with design trends, materials, technologies, and industry best practices.Produce high-quality deliverables and maintain strong communication with clients and internal teams.Requirements3+ years of experience in interior design, preferably within a creative studio, design agency, or architectural firm.Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field.Strong portfolio demonstrating creative thinking, technical ability, and completed project work.Proficiency in industry software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Adobe Creative Suite, and/or 3D rendering tools.Solid understanding of materials, space planning, and design principles.Excellent project management, organization, and multitasking skills.Strong communication and client-facing abilities.Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, creative environment.Attention to detail and commitment to high-quality work.
