Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Electrical BIM Engineer located in Heliopolis. The Senior Electrical BIM Engineer will be responsible for overseeing the development of Building Information Models (BIM) for electrical systems, reviewing and preparing construction drawings, and coordinating with multi-disciplinary teams. The role includes collaborating closely with MEP, architecture, and civil engineering teams to ensure the accuracy and completeness of design deliverables. Qualifications Proficiency in Building Information Modeling (BIM) and the ability to manage and develop high-quality BIM models.Strong understanding of Construction Drawings and experience working with technical documentation.Expertise in Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems and their integration into construction projects.Familiarity with Architecture and Civil Engineering concepts as they relate to the coordination of design and construction.Strong problem-solving skills and excellent attention to detail.Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams to drive project success.Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related field.Experience in the construction industry and knowledge of local and international standards are advantageous.
