The ideal candidate will provide excellentcustomer services engaging clients at both showroom locations - GraberRd - Middleton and Haase Rd - East Madison. In this role, you willreceive training to build an understanding of our current products, andretail processes. POSITION DESCRIPTION As Our Valued Showroom Coordinator,you\'ll be working at our Middleton, WI showroom alongside a team ofsales and design professionals. This role focuses on providing excellentcustomer service. You\'re the first person that customers see when theywalk into the showroom, so your friendliness and the ability to make aninviting professional atmosphere makes all the difference! DAILYACTIVITIES Each day you walk into the showroom, you\'ll start off bymaking sure that the front desk is nice and neat before you sit down andcheck your emails and answer the phones. As customers walk in, you\'llgreet them and ask if they need any help; the designers and salesprofessional will take it from there. Throughout the day, you\'ll handlecash and orders, take care of customer service issues, take inventoryand accessorize the showroom (here\'s where your design skills come intoplay!), organize samples, and complete any various administrative tasks.You\'ll get to learn the full scope of different designs and productsover time and really build those interior design skills! At the end ofthe day, you\'ll finish by locking up and closing the store. Confer withcustomers by telephone or in person to provide information aboutproducts or services, take or enter orders, cancel accounts, or obtaindetails of complaints. Keep records of customer interactions ortransactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, or comments,as well as actions taken. Check to ensure that appropriate changes weremade to resolve customers\' problems. Contact customers to respond toinquiries or to notify them of claim investigation results or anyplanned adjustments. \*\*\*\*\* OTHER EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS: Forthis particular role, we\'re on the lookout for someone who has a highschool diploma or equivalent, at least one year of customer serviceunder their belt, strong interpersonal and communication skills and agreat attention to detail.
