These broadcasts are professionally produced and streamed directly on a brand’s own website, allowing audiences to watch, learn, and shop in real time.This role starts as a freelance/1099 position. If the host performs well during rehearsals and initial shows, and the client provides positive feedback, they may transition into a part-time employee role.You can view an example of a Firework Live Show here: https://soundcore185107627.fw.tv/watch?fw_video=gwXpExWhat You'll DoHost live product shows in Firework’s Hollywood, CA studioPresent products in a way that feels authentic, clear, and conversationalFollow key talking points and brand messaging while keeping delivery naturalParticipate in training sessions, product briefings, rehearsals, and show run-throughsAdjust tone and approach to match each client’s branding and audienceMaintain strong camera presence and professionalism during live streamingSchedule & Work Expectations Freelance / 1099 role to start, with potential to transition to part-time employee based on performance and client feedbackOn-site only — all rehearsals, training, and livestreams take place at Firework’s Hollywood studioAverage weekly commitment is typically 5–10 hours, including rehearsal, preparation, and show timeHours may increase for clients with multiple shows per month or complex productsWork generally will not exceed 15 hours per weekMajority are Weekdays— most of the livestreams are filmed on weekdays, there will be rare chance to be weekends but we will plan and notice in advanceShows and rehearsals typically occur between 8:00 AM and 8:00 PM PT, depending on client scheduleWhat We’re Looking ForStrong on-camera presence and an ability to speak confidently and naturallyAbility to explain products in a way that feels like a real conversation, not a scriptReliable, punctual, and receptive to direction and feedbackPrior experience in hosting, livestreaming, UGC content, acting, or product demonstrations is preferred but not requiredMust be available weekdays during typical business hoursSelection & On-Site AuditionsApplications are reviewed on a rolling basis for on-camera confidence, communication skills, product storytelling ability, and weekday availabilityQualified applicants will be contacted by Kimmy Rodriguez for a short virtual touch-base to confirm fit and go over audition logisticsCandidates advancing past that stage will receive an invite-only on-site audition at Firework’s LA studioOn-site audition detailsDates: December 10–11, 2025Time window: 10:00 AM – 1:00 PM PTLocation: Firework LA Studio (address provided upon invitation)Duration: Each audition lasts no more than 10–15 minutes total onsiteFormat: A single 3-minute, one-take product-hosting scenario — no retakes — to mirror live-show conditionsBriefing: Candidates selected for on-site auditions will receive three product briefs to choose from following their touch-base call, along with detailed audition instructionsSelf-Tape Submission Details We are open to reviewing Self-Tape submissions if you are not available to audition onsite.
