Develop understanding of Drawing Sets, IF specifications/FFE specifications. Coordination and clear communication with internal staff and clients, consultants & brand, as needed.Firm-Wide RoleMaintain and contribute to Studio Library. Develop relationships with MDSI preferred Vendors and broad understanding of vendors at large. Develop base knowledge of products and research new products.Design/Technical SkillsKnowledge of MD design standards and aesthetic. Organized with clear written and verbal communication skills. Base understanding of all program standards: CAD/PSD/DesignSpec (BIM, Studio as needed)Leadership And Project Management SkillsUnderstand project phases and deliverables.Development GoalsDevelop comfort in client interfacing interactions. Gain knowledge in independently handling projects/portions of a project.Training / Development OpportunitiesDevelop understanding of business structure, company practices and aesthetics.
