Job SummaryThe overall role of Developer, Application Development, is to translate the users/applications requirement to user-friendly applications. Developer will write clean and flawless code to produce fully functional application base on the requirement.Key ResponsibilitiesAnalyze the user requirements and translate it into application featuresDesign creative prototypes according to the requirement and specificationsWrite high quality source code to program complete applications within deadlinesPerform unit and integration testing before launching the applicationConduct functional and non-functional testing to ensure proper application performanceTroubleshoot and debug applicationsEvaluate existing applications to reprogram, update and add new featuresDevelop technical documents and handbooks to accurately represent application design and codeSuccess FactorsKeeping track with the rapid changes of information technologyDifficulty in translating the technical to business wordsDeveloping and improving business skills and mind-set to cooperate effectively with relevant stakeholdersQualificationsEducation:Bachelor’s degree in Computer Sciences, Information Technology, or related fieldsExperiences:At least 1 years working experience as IT DeveloperGood experience as application developerProven experience in designing and building applicationsGood knowledge and experience in Java (Sprint Boot, Spring Cloud, JPA), database (SQL, Server, MySQL, PostGre)In-depth knowledge on Flutter, React Native, React JS, Typescript, and UI ToolkitsIn-depth knowledge of programming for diverse operating systems and platforms using development toolsExcellent understanding of software design and programming principles.Skills and knowledge:A team player with excellent communication skillsAnalytical thinking and problem-solving capabilityGreat attention to detail and time-management skillsWorks with integrity; objectivity, accountability, honesty and leadership
