开发&营建&加盟工作内容开发拓展与投资评估：负责新店选址、商圈分析、租赁谈判及投资可行性评估，输出数据化决策支持。营建全流程管理：统筹从设计、设备采购、施工管理到维保计划的全链路管理，确保开店质量、成本与进度可控建立香港地区加盟模式：包括加盟政策、流程体系、营建标准、选址评估工具等，为后续规模化拓展奠定基础跨部门资源整合与支持：协调运营、法务、财务、供应链及品牌等团队，推动项目顺利落地风险管理与合规支持：确保相关营建工程、商业地产租赁、安防及设备配置等环节符合当地法规与安全要求任职要求至少5年以上行业开发、营建、项目管理工作经验，具备香港市场经验者优先熟练掌握投资评估与财务建模方法，具备较强的数据分析与商业判断能力熟悉香港商业地产租赁流程、装修工程管理及相关法规优秀的谈判、沟通与协调能力，能同时管理多个项目并推动落实对公司出海业务有高度热情，具备卓越的跨界学习意愿和能力Development, Construction & FranchiseJob Responsibilities• Site development and investment evaluation: Responsible for new store site selection, trade area analysis, lease negotiation, and investment feasibility assessment, providing data-driven decision support.• End-to-end construction management: Oversee the full lifecycle of store construction, including design coordination, equipment procurement, construction management, and maintenance planning, ensuring quality, cost, and timeline control for store openings.• Franchise model development in Hong Kong: Establish the franchise framework for the Hong Kong market, including franchise policies, operational processes, construction standards, and site evaluation tools to support scalable expansion.• Cross-functional collaboration and support: Coordinate with operations, legal, finance, supply chain, and branding teams to ensure smooth execution and successful project delivery.• Risk management and compliance support: Ensure construction projects, commercial leasing, security systems, and equipment configurations comply with local regulations and safety requirements.Job Requirements• At least 5 years of experience in development, construction, or project management within the relevant industry; experience in the Hong Kong market is preferred.• Proficient in investment evaluation and financial modeling, with strong data analysis and commercial judgment capabilities.• Familiar with Hong Kong commercial leasing processes, construction project management, and related regulations.• Strong negotiation, communication, and coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and drive execution.• Highly motivated to support international expansion, with strong cross-disciplinary learning ability and adaptability.
