This includes gathering, organizing, and confirming materials for product launches, as well as assisting in cross-departmental collaboration.Cross-region Support: Opportunity to travel across regions to support overseas events.What you'll Need to SucceedBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Event Management, Marketing, or a related discipline.A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in sizable companies, preferably in the event or entertainment sector, with a focus on sales, account management, or business development.Experience in team leadership or project coordination is preferred, with proven ability to guide and develop team members toward shared goals.Familiarity with ticketing platforms, concert organizers, or performance industry ecosystems is a strong advantage, especially regarding large-scale commercial performance projects.A collaborative and proactive team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills, able to manage multiple priorities, meet tight deadlines, and take ownership of assigned tasks.Proficiency in both spoken and written English and Chinese is required.Why Trip.com GroupWe offer a stage to unleash your full potential and drive global impact.
