This role involves working with multi-cloud platforms, CI/CD pipelines, and automation tools to ensure scalable, secure, and high-performing systems. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams and contribute to digital transformation projects for global luxury and eCommerce brands.ResponsibilitiesDesign, deploy, and manage multi-cloud environments (AWS, Alibaba Cloud, Azure, Tencent Cloud).Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform and Ansible for consistent provisioning.Optimize cloud resource usage for performance, scalability, and cost-efficiency.Maintain infrastructure documentation and architecture diagrams using tools like Visio.Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitLab CI, and GitHub Actions.Automate code build, test, and deployment processes to reduce manual effort.Integrate security tools (DAST/SAST) into CI/CD workflows to ensure code quality.Configure services like Nginx Ingress, API Gateway, and Key Vault for secure deployments.Set up real-time monitoring and alerting systems using Prometheus, Grafana, and ELK.Ensure system uptime meets SLA targets of 99.9% or higher through proactive operations.Provide 24/7 infrastructure support and incident response coverage.Troubleshoot infrastructure and application issues, and optimize performance.Develop and maintain operational playbooks and emergency response procedures.Define and manage the DevOps boilerplate roadmap to standardize practices across projects.Lead infrastructure roadmap planning and execution to support scalability and reliability.Collaborate with developers, QA, and architects to ensure smooth project delivery.Promote DevOps best practices and drive automation across teams.Identify technical debt and lead continuous improvement initiatives.RequirementsMust have:Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.2+ years of experience in DevOps, Cloud Engineering, or System Administration.Background or interest in software development to better understand applications and collaborate effectively with developers.Experience with at least one major cloud platform (AWS, Alibaba Cloud, Azure, or Tencent Cloud).Hands-on knowledge of CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions).Familiar with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and IaC tools (Terraform, Ansible).Basic experience with monitoring tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK).Scripting ability in Python, Bash, or PowerShell.Good communication and teamwork skills.English proficiency for reading technical documentation.Nice To HaveExperience with Docker, Kubernetes, and IaC tools (Terraform, Ansible).Familiarity with monitoring tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK).Understanding of cloud security and compliance practices.Knowledge of GitOps, Service Mesh (Istio), and disaster recovery planning.Relevant certifications (AWS, Azure, Kubernetes).Experience in eCommerce, luxury retail, or MarTech.Contributions to open-source or technical blogs.The PackageOpen for remote workingCompetitive salary package, aligned with your experience and contributionsClear career development path with regular performance reviews and growth opportunitiesComfortable and well-equipped office space with modern facilities in a central locationCollaborative and ambitious team culture with shared goals and strong team spiritEngaging team-building activities and company events throughout the year
