You will be actively involved in the design of various components behind scalable applications, from frontend UI to backend infrastructure.Job SummaryThe Senior QA Engineer is responsible for designing, developing, and executing comprehensive test plans to ensure the quality and reliability of software products. This role requires deep technical expertise, strong analytical skills, and a proactive approach to identifying defects and improving test processes. The Senior QA Engineer will collaborate with development, product, and operations teams to drive quality assurance best practices and support continuous integration and deliveryKey ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, and execute detailed test cases, test scripts, and automation frameworks for functional, and regression testingLead testing efforts for complex features and critical product components, ensuring high reliability and performanceCollaborate closely with developers and product managers to define clear quality criteria and testing requirementsAnalyze requirements, user stories, and technical specifications to create effective test strategies and plansIdentify, report, and track defects using test management tools, advocating for timely resolution with the development teamDevelop and maintain automated test scripts and frameworks to improve testing efficiency and coverageMentor junior QA engineers and contribute to knowledge sharing and process improvements within the QA teamStay updated on emerging QA technologies, tools, and trends, incorporating best practices into testing processesCommunicate test results, risks, and quality status clearly to stakeholdersRequired QualificationsProven experience (4+ years) in software quality assurance, with significant exposure to multiple testing methodologiesStrong expertise in test automation tools and scripting languages (e.g., Selenium, Appium, JMeter, Python, Java)Experience with API testing (REST, WebSocket) and understanding of blockchain or fintech environments is a plusSolid knowledge of agile development processes, CI/CD workflowsStrong verbal and written communication skills in EnglishProven ability to thrive in an English-speaking, collaborative work environmentLife @ Crypto.comEmpowered to think big.
