Role Summary :Orderlock Capital is a boutique investment firm specializing in digital assets and decentralized finance strategies. We are seeking a meticulous Digital Asset Operations Analyst to join our Swiss team. This role sits at the intersection of Trade Execution, Risk Management, and Custody Operations.We are looking for a professional who understands the granular mechanics of DeFi (liquidity pools, bridging, staking) but operates with the discipline of a traditional Swiss financial institution. No coding required, but deep on-chain fluency is mandatory.Core Responsibilities:Portfolio Operations: Execute and monitor on-chain rebalancing, staking, and liquidity provision across EVM and Solana ecosystems using enterprise-grade custody solutions (e.g., Fireblocks, Gnosis Safe).Risk & Security Monitoring: Perform daily audits of smart contract approvals, monitor wallet health, and ensure strict adherence to our multi-sig governance protocols.Liquidity Analysis: Analyze on-chain liquidity depth and slippage parameters to optimize execution for the firm’s deployment strategies.Reporting & Reconciliation: Assist in the preparation of Net Asset Value (NAV) reports, reconciling on-chain data with internal accounting systems for monthly audits.Due Diligence: Conduct operational due diligence on new DeFi protocols (auditing safety features, time-locks, and multisig structures) prior to capital deployment.Required Qualifications:Crypto-Native Fluency: 2+ years of personal or professional experience navigating DeFi ecosystems (Uniswap, Aave, Curve, MakerDAO). You must understand concepts like Impermanent Loss, MEV, and Gas Optimization.Operational Discipline: Experience with non-custodial wallets (MetaMask, Ledger) and an understanding of hardware security.Analytical Mindset: Advanced proficiency in Excel (financial modeling) and familiarity with data tools like Dune Analytics or Nansen is a plus.Language: Fluent in English (Mandatory). German is a strong asset but not required.Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or Business Administration.Compensation and BenefitsBase Salary Range: CHF 110,000 – CHF 135,000 per year (Gross).Annual Performance Bonus.Swiss Pension Fund (BVG) contributions.Remote work capability
