The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with core banking systems, API-driven platforms, mobile/web solutions, cloud technologies (AWS/Azure), and modern architecture patterns. Knowledge of regulatory compliance, Agile/DevOps, and mentoring teams is essential.Key ResponsibilitiesKey Responsibilities: Solution Design: Design robust, scalable, and secure digital banking solutions, including customer-facing portals, mobile applications, online banking platforms, and API-driven banking services. Strategic Alignment: Ensure alignment of digital banking solutions with organizational goals, business strategies, and evolving market trends. End-to-End Ownership: Lead the architecture and design of complete digital banking ecosystems, covering web, mobile, backend, and cloud platforms. Technology Evaluation: Continuously evaluate emerging technologies and trends in digital banking, including artificial intelligence, machine learning, and blockchain. Collaboration: Work closely with business units, product owners, UX/UI designers, and technical teams to define requirements and translate them into technical architecture. Risk and Compliance: Ensure adherence to financial regulations (e.g., PSD2, GDPR, KYC) and risk management policies throughout the architecture and implementation lifecycle. Mentorship: Lead and mentor junior architects and technical teams, fostering innovation and knowledge sharing.Key Technical Skills8+ years of experience in solution architecture, with at least 4 years focused on digital banking or financial technology. In-depth knowledge of digital banking technologies such as core banking systems, customer onboarding, products, payment processing. Experience with cloud technologies (AWS, Azure) and cloud-native solutions. Strong proficiency in modern software architecture patterns (microservices, event-driven, serverless) and API-first design Certifications in cloud architecture (AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert, etc.) TOGAF, Zachman, or other enterprise architecture certificationsSkills: architecture,digital,solution architecture,bank
