Digital Brand Strategist

Happy Works is looking for a Digital Brand Strategist who can turn client briefs into powerful, insight-led strategies and digital-first ideas. You will combine creativity, analytical thinking, and smart use of AI tools to develop brand narratives, campaigns, and communication strategies that stand out in Nepal’s digital landscape.Key ResponsibilitiesUnderstand client briefs and translate them into sharp, structured digital brand strategies.Develop insight-driven brand positioning, campaign concepts, and digital communication plans.Leverage AI tools (ChatGPT, Gemini, Midjourney, Gamma, Beautiful.ai, Tome, etc.) for research, ideation, content creation, and visual storytelling.Collaborate closely with the creative, account servicing, and media teams to shape proposals, pitch decks, and campaign strategies.Present strategies, ideas, and recommendations confidently to clients.Stay updated on digital trends, consumer behavior, social media insights, and emerging AI technologies.RequirementsStrong strategic thinking with the ability to turn insights into actionable ideas.Excellent presentation, storytelling, and communication skills (written and spoken English).Proficiency in PowerPoint, Google Slides, or Keynote.Hands-on experience with AI tools for ideation, research, or design.Background in advertising, digital marketing, or branding is preferred.Confident communicator with strong analytical and conceptual skills.Why Join Happy WorksWork with top brands across Nepal and dynamic new-age businesses.Be part of a creative, fast-moving, and collaborative team.Opportunity to experiment with the latest digital and AI tools that enhance creativity and efficiency.Freedom to shape ideas, challenge norms, and contribute to the agency’s strategic leadership.
