We are seeking a dynamic and highly skilled Social Media & Email Marketing Manager to own our organic social presence and email marketing lifecycle for a growing company in the healthcare/wellness or professional services sector. This mid-level (3–5 years), full-time role is based in Kathmandu, Nepal (Hybrid; remote within Nepal considered), and requires fluency in both English and Nepali.Location: Kathmandu, Nepal (Hybrid; remote within Nepal considered)Type: Full-time | Seniority: Mid-level (3–5 yrs)Hours: Nepal time with 2–3 hrs overlap with U.S. business hoursReports to: Senior Marketing Officer (SMO)Works with: Paid Ads/Media Buyer, Design, Sales, OpsWhat you’ll own (distinct from Paid Ads & SMO)Organic Social: Plan & publish a monthly content calendar for FB/IG/TikTok/LinkedIn/X; short-form video (Reels/Shorts).Email & Lifecycle: Build newsletters, promos, and automations (welcome, nurture, re-engage, win-back).Community: Manage comments/DMs/reviews; escalate CX or clinical items via playbook.Content Production: Write hooks/captions, design in Canva/Adobe, brief designers when needed.Analytics: Weekly dashboards for organic & email (GA4 + platform insights), clear insights → actions.Collaboration: Provide creative & copy to the Media Buyer for paid variants; implement learnings back into organic/email.Align with the SMO on campaigns, brand voice, and quarterly goals.Your day-to-day30–45 posts/month across brands; 4–8 emails/month + 2–3 automations/quarter.Maintain UTM discipline, list hygiene, consent/compliance.Run experiments (creative/copy/timing/subject lines) and document learnings.Must-haves3+ years in social + email with a portfolio of measurable results.Excellent English copy; Nepali fluency for localized content.Hands-on with Mailchimp/Klaviyo/HubSpot, GA4, Meta/LinkedIn/TikTok organic tools, Hootsuite/Buffer/Later, Canva.Comfortable collaborating with a Media Buyer and an SMO across time zones.Nice-to-havesHealthcare/wellness or professional services experience.Basic video editing (CapCut/Premiere), simple HTML for emails/LPs, CRM familiarity (HubSpot/Zoho etc.)Success metrics (your scorecard)Social (organic): MoM growth in followers/engagement, saves/shares, CTR to site.Email: List growth, open rate by segment, CTR, conversions, unsub < threshold, spam < threshold.Ops: On-time calendar delivery, % experiments with clear lift & documented learnings.Collab: Turnaround time on paid creative requests; adoption rate of paid → organic learnings.What we offerCompetitive Nepal salary + performance bonusLearning budget & certificationsHybrid flexibility and global team exposure
