We plan to innovate and grow our digital presence in the education sector, delivering high-quality, engaging digital content and experiences that support learning at all key stages.As Digital Content Manager (Schools) in the Digital Engagement Team, you will lead the strategic development and delivery of our schools digital programme in close collaboration with our Schools Content Team. You will oversee the commissioning and production of a broad portfolio of digital projects, including live content such as online sessions and live broadcasts, on-demand resources, and digital content within new learning spaces on and off site. You will also play a key role in shaping the digital format of our new Teacher Academy, ensuring it becomes a flagship for professional development and engagement.This is a leadership role with significant influence. You will manage a team of Producers, foster innovation in content development and production, and build strategic partnerships to extend our reach and impact. You will also lead content syndication projects with third-party partners and contribute to digital marketing campaigns designed to extend reach and engagement. In addition, you will represent HRP externally at conferences and sector events, acting as an ambassador for our digital education strategy. A key responsibility will be overseeing schools content on the HRP corporate website, ensuring timely updates for bookings, programme information, learning resources and national projects.You will have extensive experience managing digital projects and budgets, balancing creativity with cost efficiency while delivering high-quality outputs across multiple platforms, including a dedicated YouTube channel for teachers. Your expertise spans digital content production in all its forms, including live platforms, on-demand resources and web delivery, supported by a broad understanding of the National Curriculum and current educational trends. You combine this with strong knowledge of accessibility and SEO/AI best practice, ensuring that every piece of content is discoverable, inclusive and easy to access.This is a rare opportunity to shape a high-profile programme that will transform how schools engage with heritage and history.Closing date: 25th November 2025, 11:55pm.
