Our fast-paced, creative environment is built on innovation, collaboration, and a love for beauty in all its forms.We’re looking for a creative and confident Content Creator to join our marketing team and bring our beauty and wellness brands to life across our social media platforms.You’ll film, shoot and edit engaging video and still content, from camera-facing storytelling and lifestyle visuals to product-focused pieces for brands including Skin&Tan, Super Facialist, W7, FISH and Dirty Works.This is a hands-on role ideal for someone with a strong understanding of social trends who can confidently self-shoot, edit, and create content that connects with audiences. You’ll work closely with our Social Media Managers and marketing team to plan, produce, and deliver a consistent stream of high-quality assets each month.Key Responsibilities Film, shoot and edit short-form video and still content for TikTok, Instagram and other social channels.Produce a mix of camera-facing, lifestyle and product-led content that reflects each brand’s tone and audience.Deliver a consistent volume of content each month to meet campaign and social scheduling needs.Support the marketing team by providing assets for paid social and retailer campaigns on an ad hoc basis.Collaborate with Social Media Managers to plan and deliver content in line with campaign calendars and product launches.Attend monthly marketing meetings to align on priorities and present recent work.Stay up to date with competitor activity, social trends and emerging formats to maintain a strong creative edge.Benchmark content quality against leading beauty and wellness brands, continually raising the bar for execution.Upload and manage content assets in shared drives, ensuring all files are correctly organised and accessible.Skills & ExperienceExperience as a Content Creator, ideally within beauty, cosmetics, skincare or wellness.Confident both behind and in front of the camera, comfortable filming and speaking on video.Strong video and photo editing skills; able to independently produce professional-quality content.Deep understanding of TikTok, Instagram Reels and short-form video trends.Creative mindset with the ability to interpret briefs and bring fresh ideas to life.Excellent communication skills, with a positive and collaborative approach to feedback.Ability to manage multiple projects and maintain consistency across brands.SoftwareEditing & Design: Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Lightroom), CapCut, Canva.Content Management: Google Drive, Dropbox or similar shared storage tools.Preferred Setup: Access to a home or studio space suitable for shooting and editing high-quality video and photography.Personal Attributes Creative, trend-aware and visually driven.Highly organised and proactive in planning and execution.Self-motivated, adaptable and able to work independently.Strong communicator and team collaborator.Passionate about beauty, skincare and wellness storytelling.DetailsType: Full-time, permanentSalary: Competitive salary around £28,000, depending on experienceLocation: Hybrid (flexibility to be discussed).
