They will be key to ensuring that our shows and podcasts are market-leading, agenda-setting, attune to industry trends and reach the widest possible audience.Key responsibilities:Producing Wisden’s expanding suite of podcasts and shows: assist the host(s) in curating content for each show, booking relevant guests and executing the wider content planPodcast promotion strategy and execution: creation of podcast clips and general social content related to our wider output, optimising everything to suit our different channelsProduction/editorial input: Assist the Head of Content in planning podcast content, booking of guests and other logistics across our suite of podcastsMultimedia innovation: Push boundaries with video and stay on top of industry trends.Brand image: Maintain a consistent, recognisable brand image tailored for different platforms, ensuring that all published content is recognisably WisdenCollaborations & partnerships: Work with commercial team to integrate branded content and special campaignsRequirements:Experience of producing sports video content to a high levelDeep understanding of the digital sports video landscape and audience behaviorExcellent grasp of social media trends and current best practices across all platformsStrong editorial judgment, with experience covering major live sports events and breaking newsExcellent storytelling skills across video platformsPassion for and deep understanding of cricketExperience working with creative, marketing, and product teams in a collaborative environmentDemonstrable expertise in video strategy or multimedia content productionTrack record of growing a digital footprint through video content deliveryExcellent video editing and photo editing skillsExcellent written skillsLocation: London officeTo Apply:Please send your CV and a short cover letter outlining your interest in the role to careers@wisden.com
