You'll own our creative output, producing high-quality visual assets that attract and engage potential investors. Your primary focus will be on creating compelling designs that support our sales and marketing efforts.We're an ambitious and collaborative team, so we're seeking a designer who is keen to expand their skills. While your core focus will be on graphic design, any experience in motion graphics or web design would be a huge plus. You'll work closely with our sale team, understanding how your designs fit into the full customer journey—from initial inquiry to a completed sale—and proactively identifying opportunities to improve our business outcomes through design.This is a data-aware and creative role. You should have a keen eye for detail, a strong grasp of brand guidelines, and the ability to communicate your design concepts clearly across the business. You'll be comfortable providing the sales team with the visual materials they need to convert leads and close deals.Key ResponsibilitiesResponsible for the creation of visual content for North Property Group that meets creative, commercial and consumer needs in accordance with agreed deadlines.Ideate and drive the brand creative approach, setting the visual identity for the business consistently across all touch points.Create marketing materials, including ad creative, brochures, presentations, proposals, email campaigns, social media posts, website assets, investment guides, etc.Take responsibility for projects and developments from the initial ideas and concepts stage through to design, artwork, and final deliveryCreating designs/images to support the users journey as well as images, banners, CTA and infographics on the websiteCreate attractive and engaging assets for social channels including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Google Business Manager, etc.Communicate with campaign managers to establish goals, outcomes and timelines for deliverablesEvaluate and adapt designs based on feedback providedUnderstand characteristics of target audience and find effective ways to reach themSkillsDemonstrated ability to create effective designsKeen interest and passion in all things digital, including photography and videographyProficient in using Adobe creative suite, especially Illustrator, Photoshop and Acrobat ProWorking knowledge of creative AI toolsUnderstanding of HTML, CSS etc.Strong understanding of typography, colour and information design (messaging hierarchy and layout)A positive team player and clear communicator, capable of liaising with various teams and functions across the businessGood organisation skills with the ability to maintain schedules and meet deadlinesExperience:Graphic design: 2-3 years (preferred)Salary: £28,000 to £33,000 p/a depending on experienceSchedule:Monday to Friday / Full TimeWhy Join North Property Group?Join the fastest-growing independent property investment company in the UK.Be a pioneer in shaping and scaling the HR function in a high-growth environment.Work closely with founders and senior leaders, influencing strategy and culture.Thrive in a collaborative, ambitious, and people-first team.Our Perks🌴 23 days annual leave (plus bank holidays, plus additional days based on service).🏡 Hybrid flexibility📈 Yearly appraisals and ongoing development opportunities.
