Digital Designer

Position Summary The Digital Designer is responsible for leading SolCotton’s online visual identity across social media, website, and digital platforms. With strong expertise in design, typography, motion, and video, this role ensures that the brand’s premium aesthetic translates consistently into every digital touchpoint.Key Responsibilities:1) Digital Brand Execution· Own the brand’s visual identity across online channels: social media, website, newsletters, and landing pages.· Design and adapt digital assets that reflect the brandbook and campaign concepts.· Create landing page layouts and UX-friendly designs for campaigns, product launches, and storytelling hubs.2) Social Media & Motion Design· Develop static, animated, and video content tailored to each platform (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.).· Innovate with formats such as Reels, Stories, TikTok edits, and interactive content.· Ensure strong typographic and layout quality, with content optimized for both awareness and conversion.3) Collaboration· Work closely with the Creative Content Producer for campaign rollouts.· Act as a bridge between the Brand Creativity Lead’s aesthetic vision and day-to-day design execution.· Support Marketing with design for paid media, landing pages, and special activations.· Establish clear workflows for digital asset creation, versioning, and approvals.Required Skills & Qualifications· 5+ years of experience in digital design for premium brands (fashion, lifestyle, beauty).· Strong mastery of typography, composition, and brand identity systems.· Advanced skills in motion graphics & video editing (After Effects, Premiere, etc.).· Experience in web & landing page design (Figma, XD, or equivalent).· Ability to lead, mentor, and organize junior designers.· Advanced English (mandatory).
