While helping our organization expand its footprint within the region, we are also responsible for keeping our internal stakeholders closely informed as we grow.core responsibilitiesThe Store Designer is response for the design of all our retail stores in Mainland China, serving as the main point of contact for all design-related matters, both regionally and internationally, cross function work with both internal team and external stakeholders to ensure our store has been executed to well present our brand image also meets the business results. The Store Designer will practice the following tasks on a regular basis:Be able to independently handle design work for retail projects.Close collaboration with Construction Managers as well as external vendors to ensure exact design intent is followed.Timely deliver the related design drawings including layouts and renderings and present to key stakeholders in local market.Accountability for the accuracy, quality and timeliness of all construction documentsSpeed, efficiency and ability to meet deadlines under pressureWork with design manager to develop & fine tuning the local design toolkitOccasional travel to gain a fuller understanding of city and site surroundingsqualifications5 years relevant work experienceExperienced in retail designFluent in English and Mandarin, both written and spokenDegree in Interior Design or Architecture must havesAcknowledge the presence of choice in every moment and take personal responsibility for your life.Possess an entrepreneurial spirit and continuously innovate to achieve great results.Communicate with honesty and kindness and create the space for others to do the same.Lead with courage, knowing the possibility of greatness is bigger than the fear of failure.Foster connection by putting people first and building trusting relationships.Integrate fun and joy as a way of being and working, aka doesn‘t take yourself too seriously.additional notesAuthorization to work in China is required for this role.compensation and benefits packagelululemon compensation offerings are grounded in a pay-for-performance philosophy that recognizes exceptional individual and team performance.
