Job SummaryWe are seeking a strategic and innovative Digital Experience Lead to drive exceptional digital interactions across all customer touchpoints. The ideal candidate will lead the design, development, and optimization of digital experiences that enhance engagement, improve customer satisfaction, and deliver measurable business outcomes. This role requires a strong blend of digital strategy, user experience (UX) expertise, and analytical skills, coupled with the ability to lead cross-functional teams.Key ResponsibilitiesDigital Strategy & Leadership:Develop and execute a cohesive digital experience strategy aligned with business objectives.Lead cross-functional teams to deliver end-to-end digital initiatives, ensuring seamless customer journeys.Champion a customer-centric approach in all digital initiatives.User Experience & Design:Oversee UX/UI design for websites, mobile apps, and digital platforms.Conduct user research, usability testing, and persona development to inform design decisions.Ensure accessibility, inclusivity, and best practices are embedded in digital experiences.Analytics & Optimization:Monitor digital performance metrics, including engagement, conversion, retention, and satisfaction.Identify areas for improvement and implement data-driven optimizations.Collaborate with marketing and product teams to A/B test campaigns, content, and digital features.Technology & Platform Management:Collaborate with IT and development teams to implement scalable and secure digital solutions.Stay current with emerging technologies, digital trends, and competitive landscape to innovate continuously.Oversee vendor relationships for digital tools, platforms, and third-party services.Stakeholder Collaboration:Work closely with marketing, product, and customer service teams to ensure consistent messaging and experience.Present insights, recommendations, and performance reports to senior leadership.Drive cross-departmental alignment for digital transformation initiatives.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Digital Marketing, Design, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
