Location: Flexible (Remote or Hybrid)Contract Type: Contractual (6 months, extendable)Organisation: PS Learning LoungeDeadline: 29 October, 2025About the RolePS Learning Lounge seeks a creative and technically skilled Digital Learning Content Creator (or team) to develop engaging, interactive content for instructor training modules. The role involves collaborating with education experts and software developers to transform traditional training materials into modern, interactive e-learning experiences.About the ClientOur client is an international development organization dedicated to improving vocational and technical education systems across South and Southeast Asia. The organization works with government and private partners to enhance youth employability through quality-focused, technology-enabled training initiatives.Key Responsibilities·     Convert existing training materials into interactive online modules.·     Design multimedia learning content including videos, graphics, animations, quizzes, and scenario-based learning activities.·     Collaborate with the software developer to ensure smooth content integration on Moodle.·     Support pilot testing and collect user feedback for refinement.·     Adhere to PS Learning Lounge’s quality and accessibility standards for e-learning content.Qualifications & Experience·     Bachelor’s degree in Education, Multimedia Design, Communication, or related field.·     Minimum 3 years of professional experience in digital learning or e-content creation.·     Prior experience in TVET or education sector projects is an asset.·     Strong command of multimedia tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Articulate, Camtasia, etc.).·     Demonstrated understanding of instructional design principles and learner engagement strategies.What We Offer·     A chance to design impactful digital learning experiences for instructors nationwide.·     International collaboration and professional growth opportunities.·     Competitive compensation and flexible work arrangements.How to ApplyInterested candidates are requested to submit their updated CV and a brief cover letter clearly mentioning the position they are applying for in the subject line.
