Role Description We are seeking a detail-oriented Accountant for a full-time, on-site role based in Kathmandu. As an Accountant, you will be responsible for preparing financial statements, maintaining accurate records of financial transactions, managing budgets, ensuring compliance with financial regulations, and contributing to financial planning and analysis. You will work closely with the team to deliver accurate financial reports and support key business decisions. Qualifications Expertise in Financial Accounting, Budgeting, and Financial ReportingKnowledge of Taxation, Compliance, and Auditing standardsProficiency in Accounting Software, Spreadsheet Management, and Data Analysis toolsAnalytical mindset, problem-solving skills, and attention to detailStrong organizational, time management, and communication skillsBachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (CPA or ACCA certification is an advantage)Prior experience in accounting or related roles is preferred
