Job PurposeTo lead and manage the Digital Marketing Department, integrating creative production, social media strategy, and brand consistency across all digital platforms. The role oversees two key verticals:·       Creative Direction & Motion Graphics (Art Director + Motion Graphics Team)·       Social Media & Visual Content (Social Media Manager + Graphic Design Team)The Digital Marketing Manager ensures strategic alignment, operational excellence, and measurable impact across campaigns, assets, and audience engagement.Key Responsibilitiesv Department Leadership & StrategyDevelop and execute the digital marketing roadmap aligned with business goals and brand identity.Lead cross-functional collaboration between creative and social media teams.Set KPIs, monitor performance, and optimize workflows across both verticals.Manage departmental budget, tools, and external vendor relationships.v Team OversightSupervise the Art Director and Social Media Manager, ensuring synergy between visual storytelling and platform strategy.Foster a culture of creativity, agility, and accountability.Conduct regular team reviews, performance evaluations, and development plans.v Creative Direction & Brand ConsistencyEnsure brand consistency across all digital assets, campaigns, and channels.Oversee production of motion graphics, video content, and visual storytelling.Approve key creative concepts, storyboards, and design frameworks. v Social Media Strategy & Content ExecutionOversee planning, execution, and analysis of social media campaigns across platforms (Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.).Guide content calendars, graphic design output, and audience engagement strategies.Analyse performance metrics to refine targeting, messaging, and creative formats.v  Innovation & TechnologyStay ahead of digital trends, tools, and platform updates.Recommend and implement automation, AI tools, and analytics dashboards.Champion experimentation and A/B testing across campaigns and creatives.Qualifications & Skills Category Requirements Education Bachelor's in Marketing, Communications, or related field (Master’s preferred) Experience 10+ years in digital marketing, with 3+ years in leadership roles Technical Skills Proficiency in Meta Business Suite, TikTok Ads, SEO tools, analytics platforms, and creative software Creative Fluency Strong understanding of motion graphics, branding, and visual storytelling Leadership Proven ability to lead diverse teams and manage cross-functional projects Analytical Thinking Data-driven mindset with experience in performance tracking and ROI analysis Communication Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills How to Apply:if you are interested and matching with the above criteria, please send your updated CV to
