Marketing Director (Exp in Real Estate is a must)

We are looking for Marketing Director for one of our clients in the Real Estate Company located in 5th settlement, Cairo.Role DescriptionLead and direct the overall marketing strategy to strengthen the company’s brand positioning, increase market share, and support business growth in the real estate sector. Develop and implement integrated marketing plans that cover digital, offline, events, and public relations channels. Oversee market research, competitor analysis, and consumer insights to guide data-driven marketing decisions.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.From 10 to 15 years of progressive experience in marketing, with at least 5 years in the real estate (MUST).Proven experience in brand management, strategic planning, and campaign execution.Strong understanding of real estate market trends, customer behavior, and digital marketing tools.Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills.Very good command of English.
