Job Description

We’re looking for a passionate and data-driven Digital Marketing (SEO/PPC) Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will manage both organic and paid search campaigns, ensuring that our brand achieves maximum visibility, traffic, and conversion rates across digital channels.You’ll play a key role in developing and executing strategies that combine SEO best practices with PPC optimization, driving measurable growth and improving ROI.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute integrated SEO and PPC strategies to achieve performance targets.Research, plan, and optimize keyword targeting across organic and paid channels.Manage day-to-day PPC campaigns on Google Ads, Bing Ads, and other paid platforms.Conduct technical SEO audits, backlink analyses, and on-page optimization.Create and test ad copy, landing pages, and keyword lists for continual improvement.Track, measure, and report campaign performance using analytics tools.Collaborate with content, design, and product teams to ensure consistent messaging and user experience.Stay current with industry updates, algorithm changes, and emerging digital trends.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).2–5 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing with a focus on SEO and PPC.Proficiency with Google Ads, Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, or similar tools.Strong understanding of keyword research, bid management, and conversion tracking.Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and drive actionable insights.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Preferred SkillsExperience with paid social (Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, or YouTube Ads).Familiarity with Google Tag Manager, Data Studio, or Looker dashboards.Google Ads and Analytics certifications are a plus.Experience working with CMS platforms (WordPress, Shopify, etc.).What We OfferCompetitive salary and benefits package.Hybrid or remote work flexibility.Opportunities for growth, learning, and certification support.A creative, fast-paced, and collaborative work environment.
