Vysta Paid Media GroupWe’re looking for a Creative Strategist who lives and breathes eCommerce performance marketing — someone who understands how creative drives conversion, and how storytelling meets data.At Vysta Paid Media Group, we partner with high-growth eCommerce brands, managing millions in monthly ad spend across Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube. As a Creative Strategist, you’ll work directly with our media buyers and client success teams to concept, script, and analyze ad creatives that move the needle.What You’ll DoResearch and identify top-performing ad angles, hooks, and creative trends in the eCommerce space.Develop creative briefs and storyboards for performance-focused ads.Analyze ad performance data to identify winning creative themes and insights.Collaborate with video editors and designers to bring ideas to life.Continuously test and optimize creative strategies across multiple brands.Who You AreYou’ve worked in a DTC or agency setting with a strong grasp of paid social (especially Meta Ads).You understand what makes a scroll-stopping ad — and can clearly explain why it works.You’re analytical, organized, and obsessed with performance metrics.You thrive in a remote, fast-paced environment where ideas and iteration matter more than hierarchy.Bonus: You’ve used tools like Motion, TikTok Creative Center, or Facebook Ads Library for research.RequirementsBased in the Philippines (remote role)Strong written and spoken English20–25 hours per week (flexible schedule)1–2+ years experience in eCommerce creative strategy or performance marketing
