Join EBRAND’s growing marketing department, and get hands-on with campaigns, SEO, and content across our global network.OverviewWe are looking for a dynamic and hands-on Digital Marketing Manager in the UK or EU to join our team and play a pivotal role in our global expansion. This isn't a role for someone who just wants to talk about marketing. Your primary mission will be to drive our growth by improving website traffic, generating qualified leads, and boosting conversions. You will have direct ownership over key channels and will work closely with our senior marketing team, our Chief Product Officer (CPO), and our Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) to help each of our global offices hit their targets.ResponsibilitiesTechnical marketing workDrive Traffic & Conversions: Execute and optimize our digital marketing strategy across SEO, Google Ads, and LinkedIn Ads to increase qualified traffic and lead generation. Content & SEO: Support our content strategy by helping to create, distribute, and promote SEO-optimized content, including blogs and beyond. You'll be hands-on with technical SEO, backlink building, and content performance analysis. Embrace Innovation: Leverage AI and other modern marketing tools to improve efficiency and effectiveness across our campaigns. Own Our Digital Presence: Manage and update our WordPress website, ensuring it is optimized for user experience and conversion. International collaborationEvent Support: Assist in the planning and execution of both virtual and physical event marketing initiatives. Coordinating Across our Offices and Satellite Teams: Work with teams across departments, countries, platforms, and objectives. Partnership Marketing: Work with our partnership network and expand our collaboration strategy to boost our online presence. Get Stuff Done: When given an objective, you'll take the initiative, figure out the best path forward, and deliver results. Who you areA degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field. Hands-on experience in a digital marketing role. Based in Europe, to maximise work hours cross-over with the rest of our marketing team. Proven, practical experience with: Google Ads & LinkedIn Ads (managing campaigns) , Technical SEO (on-page, off-page, and backlink strategies), CMS platforms and marketing automation tools, and WordPress (managing and updating sites).A solid understanding of how to use AI tools to enhance marketing efforts.Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Experience in B2B marketing, preferably within the software, technology, or cybersecurity sectors. A track record with geographically targeted campaigns, and optimising strategies to integrate with AI searches and LLMs.A proactive, "get-your-hands-dirty" attitude.
