In this role, you’ll help us connect with our key audiences and bring in great new leads through executing on event projects and focused Account-Based Marketing (ABM).You’ll be responsible for making sure our campaigns and events run smoothly, turning our ideas into engaging, personalised content, and coordinating all the logistics for professional, high-quality in-person and virtual experiences. If you’re someone who knows how to get things done, keep a friendly smile, and create memorable moments for our audience—this could be the role for you.👋 Meet the team You’ll be joining a supportive, ambitious team of marketers spanning Events, Account Based Marketing, Demand Gen, Content, Learner Marketing, and Brand. The Genio Marketing Team balances a data and results-driven mindset with a resourceful, creative approach to engaging our audiences. The team is led by Tate and works closely with Product Marketing, Customer Success, and Sales.🚀 What you’ll be doing Event & Conference LogisticsYou'll be the event logistics star, managing everything from coordinating vendors and suppliers to briefing our internal teams and helping negotiate sponsorship deals.You'll support our site visits and make the entire process more efficient by helping to template the workflow.You'll handle communication around events—drafting invitations, managing pre- and post-event outreach, and driving social media buzz.You'll be responsible for ordering and organising our company merchandise for events and special customer packs.Campaign Execution & PersonalisationYou'll be hands-on with our tactical ABM work, which means creating personalised content—think custom direct mail, engaging data sheets for events, and dedicated landing pages.You'll track how well your campaigns are performing, using insights and data to constantly improve and boost our conversion rates.You'll team up with internal groups, including our Content team, to make sure we have all the right materials ready to go.B2B Community & Virtual EventsYou'll own and execute virtual roundtables aimed at senior-level attendees, managing the coordination and outreach from start to finish.You'll get to research and explore new event opportunities and emerging audiences for us to target.👤 About youWe’re looking for someone with:An understanding of how to plan out and execute in-person event projects.An exceptional ability to manage multiple short-term deadlines and organise complex event processes into clear, manageable project plans. You're a brilliant organiser!Solid experience working with a variety of internal teams (including Sales, Customer Success, Product, and Marketing) and managing relationships with external suppliers and partners.
